# Orders placed can only be cancelled before shipment without giving any reason for doing
so.
# It is requested to make a video while unboxing for any claims.
# Refunds will be issued in 8-10 working days & shipping costs will not be refunded.
# Products can only be eligible for return if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged/defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered such products can only be returned in their original packaging in an unused and sealed condition. (Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns & you requested to raise complaint within 2 days of delivery)
Please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product that you would like to exchange or refund at infohamarishops@gmail.com within the following details :-

# Details of your request on complaint
# Images and Videos to support the complaint with batch details clearly visible as below without which we cannot process the request.
# In case the product received is empty or volume of the product is less or product is missing in the package or a wrong product has been delivered – clear images and videos of the empty/faulty product with less volume or product missing or wrong product delivered along with clear images and video of spillage and outer packaging images.

Refunds and Replacement:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. As a policy, we at HAMARI SHOPS will replace only damaged items and provide a replacement. Only under exceptional circumstances, refunds are made to the customers.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your return/refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a re-shipment of the product. In case of refunds, a refund will be made to your credit card ( or original method of payment) . You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please Note:
Although we have tried to accurately show the actual colour of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system you are using.
Shipping Policy:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of refund shipping will be deducted from your refund.
ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email, text and whatsapp message with the tracking number.

Minors:

The site is not intended for individuals under the age of [15] collecting and using your personal data.

Order Cancellation - BY HAMARI SHOPS

While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.
Some of the situations that may result your order being cancelled include (but are not limited to) :-
1. Product unavailability or temporarily out of stock.
2. Non – serviceable locations.
3. Inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing or promotion information.
4. Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
5. Inaccurate or insufficient address.
